Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your kilt! But if you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging.

  • Please include the return form and original invoice with your package.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at purchase.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Once your return is received, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

Defective or Wrong Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us at support@kingkilts.com with your order details. We’ll investigate and make it right. False claims may result in account restrictions.

Delivery Note:
Please ensure someone is available to receive your package. We’re not responsible for lost or stolen orders once marked as delivered.

How to Return:

  1. Pack your unworn item with tags still attached.

  2. Include your return form and invoice.

  3. Send the package to our return address using any courier you prefer.

We’re confident you’ll love our kilts — try one for 30 days, and if you’re not satisfied, we’ll refund you in full.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
